About Us
 We are a family run business - husband, wife, son and
daughter who have been farming for over forty years and holiday
letting
for over twenty years. We are fluent Welsh and English speakers,
and will be happy to talk to you in your preferred language.
Aberkin is a family run cattle and sheep farm, situated
in Llanystumdwy - the village which was the childhood home
of the 20th century British Prime Minister, David Lloyd George.
The
historic town of Criccieth is a mere
two
minute
drive,
and the famous market town of Pwllheli is only six miles
away, as is Porthmadog. Bangor and Caernarfon are also within
easy reach, and Llandudno is only an hour's drive away.
Holiday guests
staying at our farm can experience agriculture and conservation
working hand-in-hand. There are panoramic
views of Cardigan Bay and the mountains of Snowdonia. Superb
sandy beaches, golf courses, horse riding and cycling
routes are only a few minutes away. The local rivers - Dwyfor (above) and Dwyfach are renowned for their quality fishing.
